PAVEMENT REPAIRS

Over time, asphalt will deteriorate due to water and sunlight. Water is enemy #1 as it softens the base and sub-base under the asphalt causing “alligator” areas where cracks form leading to potholes. While water works underneath, sunlight works from above to oxidize pavement making it brittle.
